General Conditions
We have a 72 hour exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For domestic orders only, No returns/exchanges for international orders.

How to record your unboxing video?
The video should include opening of the outermost shipping packaging followed by opening of the product box and satin pouch to show the defected product. The video should be recorded in one go without any cuts.
Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.
- We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit
- The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- The return window is open for 72 hours from the time of delivery.
Return requests may take 24-72 hours to approve. - The goods must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (e.g., brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
- To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product tag must remain intact. We cannot approve any requests if the tag is broken.
- Store credit issued is valid for one-time use only. No return/exchange will be applicable on orders placed using store credit.
- No refund will be provided for any unused balance of the store credit.
- Our refund and exchange policy allows for a one-time return or exchange per product.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 days after HairCabello receives the product and completes the quality check.
- Orders placed from the Experience Center, exhibitions or after Home Trials are not eligible for exchange/return. However, if you notice a defect or issue with your product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of purchase so we can assist you. Any concerns raised beyond this window may not be considered.
- We don't accept returns & exchange on hair accessories & hair tools.
- We strictly do not accept any requests for returns or exchanges on customized products including those with even minor alterations
During Sale
- Orders placed during our special sale events are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
- No previous orders placed after the announcement will be cancelled to avail the benefits of the sale.
- We strongly recommend double-checking all order details (product type, color, length, address, and contact information) before completing your purchase.
