Domestic Shipping

At Hair Cabello, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We understand the importance of timely delivery and are here to assist with any shipping-related queries.

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders above INR 1000.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 days.
• Expected delivery times are as follows:

1. Standard shipping: 6-9 working days (after dispatch)
2. Express shipping: 3-5 working days (after dispatch)

• Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays when our fulfillment centers are closed.
• Orders placed after 12 PM IST on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.
• Custom orders are excluded from these shipping and delivery timelines.
• During festivals, sitewide sales (such as our promotional events), adverse weather conditions (like heavy rains), natural calamities, political crises, or curfews, your shipment may take up to 20 days to deliver.
  We assure you that our team will do their best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods of high demand or unforeseen delays.
•  Express orders are shipped via air; however, a specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays caused by various factors.
  International Shipping
• By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by our policies.
• We offer free standard shipping on all international orders above USD 250.
• Delivery times for international orders are generally 12-18 business days after the order has been shipped.
• For orders under USD 250, shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the package. The total cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
• Customs Fees: All our international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Delhi, India. This means that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase on our website. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by HairCabello. The charges need to be paid in order to collect the package. 
  We are NOT liable for any shipments rejected by the customer and will not be accepting any returns for them. 
  •    Return Policy: Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
  •    Delivery Address: International orders must be shipped to the address provided at checkout on HairCabello website.
  •    Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Due to our efforts to expedite processing and shipping times, there is a limited window for cancelling or modifying your order or shipping address. If you need to cancel or change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at info.haircabello@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9588251283. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
If a product is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the forward and return shipping costs for that parcel.

Delivered but not delivered

All orders we send out, come with a tracking number. If the tracking says that the order has been delivered and you haven't received it, please contact the local your courier services who can help investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
